No-Bake 4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites
Servings: 16 bites || Calories: 108 kcal
INGREDIENTS:1 1/2 cups of fashioned rolled oats 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Grab about a heaping spoonful of the mixture and press into a ball with your palms. (I sprayed my hands with cooking spray to keep the mixture from sticking to them). Repeat until mixture is gone – yield about 16 bites.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
- Voila! You’re ready for on-the-go snackage!
