Welcome to the world sweet angel. You are so so loved and will be smothered by big brother and sissy until the end of time. Our chonky king arrived on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 and weighing in as the family’s heavy weight champ at 9.7 lbs (🆘). We are so in love and doing well and so very thankful for his safe and healthy arrival. Thank you for all the loving messages and check ins…I can’t wait to share more of this scrumptious bebe bundle. 🩵 For this child, I have prayed. 1 Samuel 1:27

We’re in the final stretch..the final few weeks

We’re in the final stretch..the final few weeks until he’s here.🩵

It feels like we’ve waited a lifetime and time has flown by all at the same time. From the very beginning G and I always wanted a family of 5…but when I was diagnosed with fertility struggles 8 years ago we were reminded that sometimes our plan and God’s doesn’t always align and we were completely content with being a family of 3. Then, we were blessed with the ability to try fertility different options and eventually have success with IVF, twice. I’m so grateful for the gift of carrying our children and seeing our family grow. The miraculous possibility to have new life growing inside of me and the mere thought of getting to meet him so very soon brings me to tears. It hasn’t been the easiest pregnancy and sometimes my impatience or complaints are only masking the overwhelming excitement of him soon and the humbling reminder of the sacrifices we make with our body, our time, our mental capacities, our family and not being able to ‘do it all’ - it is a season of life and another great reminder of Who is really in control. 🙏🏼

I’m forever grateful for the love and support from family and friends who have held our hands through this season..and I’m especially thankful for the ways @iammrcott has always stepped up when I haven’t been myself, at times you’ve been the mom & the dad, the provider & the SAHD, burnt the candle at all ends for the sake of our family - I quite literally couldn’t do this without you. 🥹😅 Excited for our new adventures to come in 2024 👩🏼‍🍼🩵 {watch until the end where we tell Brooks he’s going to be a big brother again..we both cried and he hugged me for so long} 🥹😭
