Springtime in Auburn is just as magical as Auburn in the Fall, but with a whole different energy to the campus. Growing up I would go to Auburn with my parents in the spring for a slower pace, spring sports like baseball and softball and little-to-nothing on the agenda. It was always a favorite of mine to have memories like those with my parents, different than that of the buzzing weekends of Fall. Recently, Geoff and I decided to take Brooks for a family-fun weekend to make springtime memories in Auburn and continue a tradition of our own. Continue reading “Springtime in Auburn”
So I’m sitting here catching up on blog post drafts from the last month and it hit me. UM HELLO. WE. BOUGHT. A. HOUSE! Y’all, wha the heck?! I haven’t even shared like, our big exciting news here on the blog…and why I’ve been MIA on LtL. It’s been an exciting year for us so far and settling into our first home has been one of our biggest blessings to date. I’m so grateful to call this beautiful home ours…all the years of hard work, sacrificing, and waiting for the right time have paid off.❤️ Continue reading “We Bought A House!”
Pups need celebrating too! While I can’t say I’ve done this every year, our two pups, Murphy and Dixon’s birthdays fall just within weeks of one another. With only 5 ingredients, these easy peanut butter dog treats were quick and fun to make to celebrate our furbabies for their birthdays. Continue reading “5 Ingredient Easy Peanut Butter Dog Treats”
Hey friends! Just wanted to say thank you so very much for the outpouring of love and support from my last post. It really means so much to me to have such a beautiful community where I can open up so freely and receive such loving feedback from you all through your comments, Instagram messages, and emails. Thank you x 1 million. ❤️
Today I’m lightening things back up to talk about one of the easiest and best things you can do at home for your complexion and product absorption: shave your face. *gasp* You may have already heard the buzz around town about shaving your face. Or maybe you haven’t? Either way if you aren’t shaving your face already you’re missing out in a major way on an anti-aging and skin brightening secret. I’ve been shaving my face for a few years now after I watched a video tutorial from blogger, Courtney at Kerrently.com and I’m so glad I hopped on board the shaving express.
Hey friends! A very happy new year to y’all! It’s been a busy last few months and I’m happy to get back into the swing of life in 2019. I’ve been sitting with today’s post for quite some time now. I’ve written, edited, added, deleted, over shared and prayed about these thoughts for months. But for the sake of a new year of possibilities and growth, today on LtL I want to openly share my fears in parenting, being enough and struggles with infertility. Ya know #newyearnewme …or something like that. 😉 Today’s post is long, personal and therapeutic, so please proceed with time on your hands and an open heart.
