Summa, summa, summa time!! Now that summer is officially here I’m already thinking of what Brooks and I can do around the Nashville area to make these next few months fun and memorable during our free time together. I’ve got a running list of a few local and day trips that are kid friendly, and I thought it’d be fun to share them here with you, plus a free template for your very own summer bucket list!
Since school is officially done, sometimes the amount of free time for some parents can feel…well, daunting. Stimulating the little ones takes a village and if you don’t have a village it takes a plan : insert a free template I created for a Summer Bucket List in 2018, complete with 20 opportunities for not just your kids, but for you to make this summer fun and memorable!
So far on our summer list we are planning to go on a few kid-friendly hikes, see some Tennessee waterfalls, visit the Nashville zoo and make some new crafts on those rainy days you’re stuck inside. You might remember last year when we visited Lucky Ladd Farms, Cheekwood Gardens, and Arrington Vineyards.
As we complete and add to our summer bucket list I’ll be sharing here with y’all on LtL, and if you have any local or kid friendly summer ideas please share! As a stay at home, work from home momma we can never have too many fun ideas to keep the little ones busy this summer!

Happy summer-ing! 🙂
