Picture this: You spend multiple hours a week making lists, shopping, prepping, cooking and gathering just for a few moments each day to sit around the table. The hope: everyone loves eats what you’ve made whilst sharing their day and enjoying one another’s company. The reality: your toddler eats first because you know they won’t eat what you’ve made and you’re not in the mood to deal with a battle over menu options (again), so you throw together some less than nutritional meal because you know he’ll eat it.
